Happy Hour – Thursday, January 28th, 2016
The location for this Happy Hour was our own historical Qualicum Beach Museum. Time: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. Ticket price included appetizers and refreshments. A popular event with nearly 40 in attendance. Wendy Maurer gave an introduction to the museum and their overall 5 year plan. Graham Beard gave us a fascinating overview on the Palaeontology exhibit. The food and refreshments were well presented and the great variety was enjoyed by all. A wander around the museum on your own provided interesting snap shots and stories about the history of Qualicum Beach. Overall a very successful event.
