Twenty-four (24) people signed up for the trip.

Most people stayed overnight at the Gold River Chalet and there was a get-together before dinner from approximately 4:00 p.m. on.  Members brought their own beverage of choice and many snacks. A great “happy hour” was enjoyed by all.

The cruise on the Uchuck II started in the morning. There was a three hour stop-over in Friendly Cove where there is a museum, walking trails and picnic sites.  The boat was available during this period.

Lunch could be purchased on the boat or you could bring your own.

The day trip on the MV Uchuck III out of Gold River was a pleasant experience, calm water and an interesting site.
