This was a casual event: bring your own protein, a dish to share and your drinks.

It was a pleasant evening to be outdoors with good warm weather and the magnificent seaside view.

A Bocce Ball competition attracted a lot of interest with 6 teams of four providing plenty of entertainment followed by a prize giving for the winners.

Nothing on the BBQ actually got burnt and the cautious sampling of drinks put people in a mellow mood to enjoy a very sociable evening.
